Enterprise AI consulting
Use-case discovery, technical and data readiness assessment, solution architecture, and a costed delivery roadmap. Engagements are judged on whether the client can act, not on document length.
Consulting services →Our vision. Most organisations do not need a general-purpose assistant. They need specific, reliable software that removes specific, repetitive work — built around the systems they already run and owned by them afterwards.
Our mission. To design and engineer that software: AI applications with clear scope, measurable outcomes, honest limits and a defined path from prototype to production.
We describe what we build and how we build it. We do not present designs as deployed systems, and we size opportunities with clients during discovery rather than promising figures in advance.
Consulting defines the problem, engineering builds the solution, and product innovation turns repeatable patterns into industry-specific applications.
Use-case discovery, technical and data readiness assessment, solution architecture, and a costed delivery roadmap. Engagements are judged on whether the client can act, not on document length.
Consulting services →Full-stack design and build of secure AI applications: conversational interfaces, workflow automation, document processing, operational dashboards and the integration layer underneath them.
Development services →Where a workflow repeats across many businesses in a sector, we develop it into a configurable, industry-specific application rather than rebuilding it for each client.
Industry focus →Our engineering work falls into two categories. Client engagements produce software owned by the client. Where we see the same workflow recurring across an industry, we invest in building it as a configurable, multi-tenant product instead.
Both are built on the same foundation: an integration and permissions layer designed to be durable, with the AI model treated as the replaceable component. That is deliberate — model choice moves quickly, and the surrounding engineering is what has to survive.
Discuss Our Roadmap →Our client work and our own products are built on the same foundation. Where a workflow repeats across an entire sector, we develop it once as a configurable platform instead of rebuilding it per client.
The durable part of an AI application is not the model — it is the integration, permissions, conversation handling and audit layer underneath it. That layer is largely the same whether the caller is booking a dental appointment or a restaurant table.
We build and maintain that foundation once, then shape products on top of it for individual sectors. A capability proven in one product can be extended to another without starting again, and consulting engagements feed real operational detail back into the products.
Each product below carries its actual development status. We publish no revenue, customer or traction figures on this site, and we do not describe a product as available before it is.
We are open to strategic investment discussions with investors who understand enterprise software delivery. An initial conversation is exploratory on both sides.
Our delivery model, engineering approach, the industries we work in, our product roadmap, and where additional capital or a strategic relationship would accelerate it.
An introductory call, followed by a structured session on capabilities and roadmap. Detailed commercial and financial material is shared privately and under appropriate agreements, not published here.
We do not publish financial information or performance figures on this site, and we do not describe prospective conversations as commitments. Any claim we make should be one we can evidence.
Exploring strategic investment, technology collaboration, and international growth opportunities.
Qatar and the wider Gulf are among the markets we are actively exploring. National digital transformation programmes across the region are creating demand for enterprise AI built with local context — language, data residency and sector-specific requirements that generic platforms do not address well.
We are at the stage of building relationships. QLink Solutions does not currently operate an office in the region and has no established regional partnership or investment arrangement in place. We are looking to speak with organisations that are already established there and see a fit with what we design and build.
We are equally open to conversations in other regions. What matters is a clear commercial model and a genuine fit between a market's needs and our capability.
Long-horizon investors interested in enterprise software and applied AI, who value delivery discipline over headline growth narratives.
Funds with a B2B software or applied AI thesis, looking at companies building industry-specific products on a shared engineering foundation.

Several partnership shapes work well alongside our delivery model.
Joint development, complementary platform integration, or embedding our AI capability into an existing product where it strengthens both offerings.
For partners with established relationships in a sector or region, a reseller or distribution arrangement with defined commercial terms, training and delivery support.
System integrators and consultancies who want AI engineering capability alongside their own delivery teams, under a clear joint-delivery model.
